The North Carolina Early Childhood Foundation recently released a NC COVID-19 Rapid Response program to provide no cost HR support to employers across NC, especially small and medium sized in the hospitality and manufacturing industries.  Through Family Forward NC's expert assistance, businesses can identify industry-appropriate family-friendly workplace benefits that will allow them to open more quickly with a strategic advantage and build resilience post- COVID-19.
