Smithfield Town council members and staff are therefore encouraging residents and property
owners to attend a public meeting on stormwater management that will be held on November 13
from 6:30 -8 PM at the Sarah Yard Community Center. The public meeting is part of a Smithfield
Stormwater Action Planning Project to address state and federal stormwater management
regulations while also considering improved drainage services for local citizens.
