KS Bank Celebrates New Full-Service Branch in Bailey, NC with Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

KS BANK CELEBRATES NEW FULL-SERVICE BRANCH IN BAILEY, NC WITH OFFICIAL RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY
(SMITHFIELD, NC) – KS Bank hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 24th, to celebrate the bank’s new Bailey branch. The ceremony featured remarks from Leigh Deans, with the Bailey Chamber of Commerce, Owen Strickland, Mayor of Bailey, Walter Wells, Mayor Pro-tem of Bailey, Earl W. Worley, Jr., KS Bank President/CEO, and James C. Parker, KS Bancorp Board Chairman. Reverend Michael Coppock, Pastor with Bailey Methodist Church, provided an invocation.
The new Bailey branch marks KS Bank’s eleventh branch location and its first in Nash County. Speaking on the expansion into the area, Earl W. Worley, Jr., shared, “Like your town leadership, we believe, with all the regional development that is currently underway and coming, that Bailey and Nash County will be at the epicenter of continued expansion of the greater Triangle Region.”
Owen Strickland, Mayor of Bailey, said, “We at the Town of Bailey are very happy and pleased that KS Bank has chosen to expand into our town. We appreciate Earl Worley and his staff for their openness, their capabilities, and their friendliness in this whole process. We understand how important it is for KS Bank to be a part of the Bailey community, and we want them to be our partner for a long time.
