The Partnership values community collaboration to strengthen its impact and improve outcomes for children at risk of being unprepared for kindergarten. Clayton Steakhouse owners, Ryan Rubright and Bobbi Buckler, have been long-time supporters of the Partnership, hosting their lunch fundraisers for nearly a decade since purchasing the restaurant in 2017. “We are excited to be teaming up with the Partnership for Children for another fundraising event,” stated Buckler. “We look forward to collaborating with a group that works so hard for the children and families in our community.” With contributions from local businesses and individual supporters, these fundraising events enable the Partnership to reach more children with its services. “The enthusiasm we receive from partners and donors is incredible,” expressed Candy Scott, Executive Director of the Partnership. “With the help of our community, we can continue to build bright futures for children across Johnston County.”
